Description
I will review the recently proposed perturbative description of multi-jet processes implemented in "High Energy Jets". This framework captures the leading perturbative corrections for wide-angle emissions of similar transverse hardness, i.e. perturbative terms missed in a standard soft/collinear treatment, but important for multi-jet production. I will discuss the application of the framework in the description of a few simple dijet observables, where LHC analyses have already shed light on the perturbative mechanisms behind hard jet production. I will suggest directions for further experimental studies which stress-test our current theoretical description of hard, perturbative processes.
