There are no formal minutes of our meeting this afternoon! Participating were: Christian J., Christian S., Els, Joachim, Michael (part time), Robert, Tilman, Wladek. Excused: Doris, Marek, Marko, Peter, Pierluigi. We went through all the chapters of the document. No really major problems were spotted, but a lot of smaller improvements and corrections need to be implemented. We decided that we would identify ONE contact person per project and list this person in the project table (B2). For projects where we recruit more than 1 trainee, it is understood tacitly that the contact person will be replaced in a rolling system between the main partners.
