13:00 → 14:00 DPHEP Collaboration Agreement - discussion on draft

The idea is to identify the relevant existing text in the DPHEP Blueprint that will form the basis of the (short) draft Collaboration Agreement.

It is not intended to produce the final agreement nor replace the review with the CERN Legal Service (and the Legal Services of other entities) scheduled from January 2013 on.

14:00 → 14:55 DPHEP Action Plan - discussion

In this session we take the draft action plan from the DPHEP Blueprint, revise it as appropriate and see how it can be broken down into concrete tasks (that could eventually be handled in parallel) and establish a draft timeline / metrics.

This could be included as an Annex to the Collaboration Agreement (may not be appropriate given the timescales for eventual signatures) and/or as a working document to monitor our progress / drive the project forward.
