All IT&DM milestones and deliverables for the first year have been achieved and accepted by the project. We are waiting for feedback from the EU.
The next annual meeting will take place at PSI in March. As usual the IT&DM sessions will take place in series so that we can seen what each work package is doing. WP17 will be in addition have a closed working meeting.
Each work package is required to present a poster. Ivan has volunteered to do the poster for WP19, which will be based on our upcoming deliverable.
As agreed at the F2F meeting at RAL, the Development Plan will report on the work done for the first year and the plans for the next two years. It will be structured in three parts. Part one will be a summery of the milestone and introduce the reference model. Part two will be the state-of-the-art report from SKA. Part three will consist of the development plans from each partner. All content should be ready for the end of January so that the document can be compiled and iterated on in February.
The Industry Event will take place at CERN on the 1st Feb. We need to understand who to invite from the RIs. Within WP19 we have representatives from ELI, FAIR, CERN SKA.
Action: Robert and Peter to send Laurence the contact details of people to invite.
The next meeting will take place at the end of January once we have the development plans.
