- RP and QA: ACTION (Roberta): Talk to Gabriel on check on next actions - EGEE07: * Booklet: - improve preparation: early clarification on budget, earlier and closer coordination between layout preparation and and text revision, instructions to RP where not clear enough, good to ask contributions to be sent one month before the event (to be checked with the print office), reactions to corrections from projects where ok, late contributions created last minute workload - worth doing it ? people appreciated it and we can control what is published - how many ? 100 were easily gone, not less - do it again next year? yes, stress on achievements * Attendance list: - distribution did not always work - return of the attendance paper was unclear, should be written in the paper - useful document for our contact list - projects on registration not asked !! should be asked in future * RP sessions organisation: - basic information (abstracts, etc) were available in advance from RP but not detailed information from the sessions' responsibles - parallel sessions in general had different target audience * EGEE and CP session organisation: - panel and questions for panel: useful to have 2/3 questions prepared in advance for the chair - good - too big room (plenary about 500 places) - good to ask activity leaders present to sit in front * NA5 presentation with FP7 information - unclear the value of having FP7 list of projects kind of presentation * RPLO participation in the PC: - good coordination with NA5 and RPs * logos web page and slide: - either projects having a booth or a session (26), project's present at the conference many more (46) * infrastructure projects lunch: - not involved Notes from EGEE07: ACTION(Linga-November): Draft a "FAQ" page to cover the following topics: - JRUs and NGIs difference, EGI role - IPR, licencing, open sourcing (IPR helpdesk contact) Comments from PEB: * proposal to have arrangement with the LOC to co-locate specific RP meeting ACTION(all): propose projects that should register as collaborating projects - RPLO name * will stay the same ACTION (Linga): update last QR ACTION (all): upate web page to Collaborating Projects for the Web Task Force ACTION (all): change documentation to collaborating projects for next printing (User Forum) ACTION(Roberta): update web page end date of EELA to 2007 ACTION(Linga): check database and infosheet for EELA end date ACTION(Linga-November): draft re-organisation of RP and RPLO folders in DFS
