PMB meeting 2007-Oct-16 Note: Tuesdays at 10.00 CET is the new PMB meeting time Minutes Attending: Lauri, Ake (minutes), Norbert, Algimantas 1. DoW update Ake sent the latest versions of DoW and a document describing the updates to the DoW. 1.1 Ake have mailed Per to understand what have been sent already to Brussels, and what have not. I.e. if we need to send updates to already sent DoW for PM19-30 or if the DoW we're sending is the first version. 1.2 All activity leaders: Read through the http://www.balticgrid.org/Internal/PMB/files/BG_Annex_I_Updated_v5r1.doc and the BG-DoWUpdates-v1r0-KTH.doc sent earlier and send updates to Ake. IF there's newer versions, please send to PMB list. 2.Activitiy status 2.1 Quarterly report Ongoing. -> Ake sent previous version, all activity leaders to update their chapters accordingly. -> Deadline for update: Oct 26. After this date Ake will compile and send out a version for final comments. 2.2, 2.3 Deliverables & Milestones In time, some DJRA1.4 and DJRA1.5 need to adjust deliverable dates (to PM26 and PM25), see 1. above. 2.4 AHM agenda v0.2 attached in the end. Please send comments on the agenda. As now it is the same as in AHM3. Rooms and projectors have been booked. 3. BG-II proposal No news yet. EGEE-III was invited to hearing earlier today (hearing in Brussels on Oct 23) 4. AOB. ALL notice: the PMB meetings are on Tuesdays at 10.00 CET. Next meeting is on October 23, 10.00 CET. EVO.
