ETICS workshop
600 R-017
CERN
This event is divided into two part, each of them stays one day:
- First day covers basic aspects of the ETICS system, like service description, most common usage of the command line and web clients etc.
This session is dedicated for users that are starting or wish to start using ETICS. - Second day concentrates about studying advanced ETICS use-cases, and ways they can be implemented.
This session is dedicated for advanced users, that already use and know the ETICS system.
ETICS stands for "eInfrastructure for Testing, Integration and Configuration of Software". It provides a service to help software developers, managers and users to better manage complexity and improve the quality of their software. Using Grid software and best practices, the service allows to fully automate the way a software is built and tested. In other words, ETICS provide software professionals with an "out-of-the-box" build and test system, powered with a build and test product repository.
