PMB meeting 2007-Oct-08 Agenda 1. Quarterly report 2. Deliverables PM24: DJRA1.4, DJRA1.5, DNA2.6, DNA3.9, DNA4.4, DSA2.4 3. Milestones 4. AHM dates: Dec 12-14, Stockholm 5. AOB 5.1 Change PMB meeting day to Tuesday or Wedenesday, same time? Minutes Attending: Lauri, Zofia, Ake (minutes), Mario, Norbert, Algimantas 1. QR Ake reminded about the QR later this month. Ake to compile the report with input from the activity leaders. 2. Deliverables PM24 2.1 JRA1: DJRA1.4, DJRA1.5 -> Prototype covering these deliverables in place. Will need to describe performed work in a (short) formal document and report into the QR. -> Ake investigating the possibility to get JRA1/KTH person started asap. 2.2 NA2: DNA2.6 Ready within two weeks, when the document will be sent to PMB for inputs 2.3 NA3: DNA3.9 Ready within two weeks, when the document will be sent to PMB for inputs 2.4 NA4: DNA4.4 Ake contacting Per to get document covering this work. 2.5 SA2: DSA2.4 Katrina is writing this one (not at the meeting). -> Ake to contact Katrina to get status. 3. Milestones: MNA3.11 and MNA3.12 Both milestones covered by the DNA3.9, and to be reported into the QR. 4. AHM 4 Date set to December 12-14, won't change from this point. -> Ake to set details together with Zofia. Starting and ending time will be communicated during today, together with Hotel list. 5. AOB 5.1 PMB meetings will - starting next week - be on Tuesdays, 10.00 CET. 5.2 Date for the next BG project review: PM30, i.e. no review until the very end of the project. 5.3 BG2 proposal comments from EU: invitation expected next week. 5.4 EGEE07 - see link to EU concertation meeting with presentations. 5.5 Algimantas will send info concerning Ukraine collaborations 5.6 BBIT VO to be added to listed services... 5.7 Question regarding NGI and BG2.
