Daniel gives some news:
- yesterday Steeting committee : discussed ICFA workshop in May (ILC oriented) ;
- in the US the Snowmass process is starting (the equivalent of the Strategy process in Europe -> to define what the particle physics future should be) ; we will need to provide some description of CLIC and of the physics, extending the physics case at lower energies (including a description of CLIC rebaselined at 500 GeV) ;
- Daniel has been to Turkey last week, in order to promote the use of X-band for a FEL. It has been very well received by the committee. Decisions will be taken in the future.
