- RP and QA: Gabriel sent e-mail to collaboration mailing list ACTION (Roberta) look at the ITIL session slides Actions from EGEE07: ACTION (Linga-November): Draft a "FAQ" page to cover the following topics: - JRUs and NGIs difference, EGI role - IPR, licencing, open sourcing (IPR helpdesk contact) ACTION (Roberta): propose other FAQ ACTION (Linga+Roberta): invite ASGC, BEinGRID, COMPCHEM, GridPP, UK National Grid Service, SHARE after checking with Bob and Erwin (Roberta).
