    Status of SAM accounting test and the transfer of accounting enforcement to COD 10m
    Input from John Gordon:
    I agree that we should be monitoring the results for a while and not yet make it a critical test. If COD raises tickets against a site and the site does not understand the reason or cannot fix it they should raise a ticket against APEL.
    The other variable to consider is how soon to raise tickets. Sites should be publishing every day but that is too soon to worry. On the other hand, 31 days is too long. I would chose a low number like 5 days.
