PMB meeting 2007-Nov-21, 14.00 CET Minutes Attending: Ake (minutes), Mario, Florida, Katrina, Michal Jankowski, Zofia Note: NEXT MEETING will be on TUESDAY, Nov 27, 10.00 CET 1. Ake gave a short update after yesterday's meeting in Brussels. - Ake to write and send minutes from meeting (Enric will send his minutes with the rest of the documents) - Ake will prepare a plan for the BG-II work ahead (GPF and DoW ready by Dec 6) 2. Reminder of below actions. - DNA2.6 - Zofia only got input from Florida and Lauri so far. More is needed and this week. 3. AHM preparations - Payment details will be sent out this week (Ake, Zofia) - Presentation preparation need to be started, esp. the joint meetings need to be discussed - Review preparations will be one topic for the meetings. 4. Reminder: DoW (BG-I) update + Interim report (see below) ---- Minutes from previous meeting. Attending: Ake (minutes), Lauri, Florida, Algimantas, Katrina, Norbert, Mario 1. DoW update - Ake is iterating with Enric on this. We have sent the updated DoW and answered on the 'publication of SLA and Tycoon' questions. ----> Ake: Next: Re-write the (very) formal 'amendment letter' to the package and send to Enric 2. Interim report, earlier named "QR" - Deadline Nov 15 Note 1: this is an interim report, not just a QR report. Note 2: see page one of version 1.1. This report covers achievements from start of project till end of October 2007. - Ake sent out latest version (1.1) on Friday Nov 9. ----> All: Update your chapters and send new versions to me. Use coloring of changes, not microsoft change functions. 3. D&M DNA2.6 ---> All: please review the document, and send Zofia you input. Deadline for input: Nov 21. 4. AHM - Zofia created AHM web page, see http://www.balticgrid.org/ahm4 and distribute ----> Ake to send more information to Zofia later this week. 5. AOB - 19-20/11 EU negotiations in Brussels. Ake trying to get more information on how many may attend this from our side. Mailed all involved in EU and also other projects. Awaiting answers. General information from Florida: - The Nov 19+20 meeting is a pre-negotiation meeting - True negotiation meeting on December, and finalizing all negotiations by Jan 15.
