The meeting will take place during the week 22-26 October 2013 at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), which is located in Hefei.
The meeting will gather fifteen foreign scientists, fifteen China-based scientists and thirty students for a week of lectures and discussions, focused on the most important problem in contemporary nuclear physics.
