Description
In this talk I will discuss recent work (arXiv:1209.4904) on Flavored Gauge Mediation (FGM) models. The messenger-matter couplings of FGM can generate substantial stop mixing and new contributions to the stop masses which can lead to Higgs masses of around 126 GeV with collider accessible superpartners. In addition, these new couplings induce Higgs-messenger kinetic mixings which affect the calculation of soft-terms by analytic continuation which now requires careful matching at the messenger scale. Flavor constraints in FGM are obeyed by supersymmetric alignment. I will discuss how this differs from alignment models and how it could be used.
