REGISTRATION OPENS 13/05/2013. Registration for the NA62 Collaboration Meeting starts on the 13th of May, and will end on the 16th of August. The costs for different levels of registration are as follows: Early Bird Registration13/05 - 14/07 Standard Registration15/07 - 16/08 Late Registration27/08 Staff Member £250 £300 £350 Student £150 £200 £250 Accompanied Guest £100 £100 £100 Exclusively for an "Early Bird Registration" there is an opportunity to reserve our brand new on campus accommodation at Vine Court, offering en-suite bedrooms just a 10 minute walk away from the main conference centre. The offer is for a block of 4 nights, bed & breakfast, arriving Monday 26th August, departing Friday 30th August, at a total cost of £200 per room. The registration fee includes all tea/coffee breaks and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday plus a welcome drink reception in CTL on the Tuesday evening and conference dinner on Wednesday evening. Please note that following registration you will need to proceed to the University of Liverpool e-shop web page for payment of your registration fee. Late Registration will only be possible by paying registration fee in cash on the commencement day of the conference, Tuesday 27th August 2013. After registration please proceed to The University of Liverpool e-shop to make payment.
