Minutes of Apr. 19 2013
- The list of the four experiments contributors to the preparatory groups was presented, it can still be finalized in few places.
- The chair of the groups was discussed and it was agreed that all will have two chairs, one from ATLAS and one from CMS. The chairs of the SC will propose names after consultation with the ATLAS and CMS spokesperson.
- A proposal for the charge of the groups was presented, following the discussion a new version for further comments is attached to this agenda, it can be edited with tracking and circulated to the SC mailing list. It was proposed to add that the chair of the groups will report to the SC. Once chairs are nominated they will meet with the proponents of the groups and finalize the charge and plans for the workshop.
- It was agreed that each group will write a contribution to a few page common document summarizing the outcome of the workshop and the future steps foreseen. The workshop will not lead to published proceedings.
- A preliminary proposal for the scheme of the workshop session was presented. A new version including comments made during the meeting is attached to this agenda. The agenda of the workshop will be finalized at the June meeting of the preparatory groups.
- It is agree that the workshop will be three full days and will be hold at the congress center in Aix les Bains.
- The next meeting of the SC will be schedule after the LHCb week, the chairs of the preparatory groups will be invited to present the group plans.
