Directions, maps, parking information here, and building location, here.  Hotel accommodations, here.  The best way to get to the building is come down to 61st street, as Kenwood Ave does not go through between 60th and 61st.  Attendees will have to rely on street parking on 61st street or Dorchester.

For each institution, we should plan on discussing, in detail, current status, near and longer term plans describing with details as appropriate:
  • Cluster level networking (internal cluster, and link aggregation to campus)
  • Campus routing, backbone, DMZs
  • Campus to regional peering in Chicago
  • Performance metrics, monitors (perfSONAR and site-level and key monitors elsewhere, e.g. for ESnet and I2), known bottlenecks or risk points, redundancy issues
  • Schedules, important dates
  • Diagrams
  • Cost issues
