The attached EXCEL table is indicative: presence of specific upgrades in a given scenario can be changed if analysis shows the need / no mention of “stretch” characteristics, rather inform the HL-LHC speaker and try to converge on an alternative… / need to define and estimate reliability / how to deal with 50 ns? (instructions possibly from Steve the day before)
