The 2nd European TEDx Organizers meeting is following up on the first gathering in 2011 in Amsterdam and the TEDxSummit in Doha. Program will be both for TEDx rookies and senior TEDx Organizers as this meetings output can/will/should have a crucial impact on the planning of the 2nd TEDxSummit in Berlin, June 2014. We have resources to host 100 people at this two days event. Registration will close after the 100th application or on Aug 09, depending on what applies first.

Friday 15 November

9:00 Morning visits to LHC Experiments

General Introduction to CERN then an underground visit to CMS experiment.

Safety Rules:
- Closed and flat shoes (no high heels, flip-flops or sandals)
- Nobody under the age of 16
- No pacemaker holder
- No pregnant women

- 09:00 Meet at CERN main reception
- 09:15 to 10:00 CERN presentation by François Briard
- 10:00-10:30 Transport to CMS (by bus)
- 10:30-12:00 CMS Visit
- 12:00-12:30 Transport to CERN (by bus)

14:00 - Afternoon Visits to LHC Experiments

• 14:00 meet at Filtration Plant ( building 222, located between the two CERN Hostel buildings 39 and 41)
• 14:10 - 15:00 CERN presentation by François BRIARD

For groups A and B:
- 15:30-16:15 ATLAS Visit for group A
- 16:15-17:00 ATLAS Visit for group B

For groups C, D and E:
- 15:30-16:00 Transport to CMS (by bus)
- 16:00-17:30 CMS Visit for groups
- 17:30-18:00 Transport to CERN (by bus)
