Daniel: Steerting committee, prepraring for the bugdet evaluation at the end of the year ; progress in preparing the LCWS workshop in November in Tokyo, we will make a list of people that should go ; it started the preparation of the next CLIC Workshop, Febraury 3-7, next year.
There will be a 1 day meeting / workshop on September 20 on use of X-band for XFEL (Trieste, Ankara, DESY, will participate and discuss their interest). There is the idea to make a plan for a sort of CDR where people can express their needs.
