Note: if you are using Mac, I need to get you an account - please ask in advance.

Dedicated Video Conference Systems (e.g. Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco, Lifesize)
Using GDS: Dial 11439 followed by 226027.
Using IP: 156.56.240.9 and use keypad to enter 1, press # to activate the
keypad, enter 226027# and then press # again to place the call.
The full set of keystrokes is #1226027##.
