Please log into Indico (top right corner) and upload your slides.  If you are having difficulty please consult your mentor, or email your slides to John and Jakob.

Please use the preliminary session (13:30-15:00 CET = 11:30-14:00 UTC) to check that you can join the Vidyo meeting.

To do this, please:

1. install the 'Vidyo Desktop' application before the meeting;
2. launch this Vidyo application;
3. use the 'Join Now' button above to access the reservation;
4. join as 'Guest' giving your name.
