Description
Beauty photoproduction has been measured with the ZEUS detector using a sample of 124pb^1 of HERA II data. The beauty content of a sample with two jets and a muon was analysed exploiting the muon impact parameter, using information from the silicon vertex detector, and the transverse momentum of the muon relative to the closest jet. Differential cross sections for beauty production as a function of the transverse momentum and pseudorapidity of the muon are compared to next-to-leading order (NLO) QCD predictions and to previous measurements. As a further comparison with QCD calculations, dijet correlation cross sections have also been measured.
