PMB meeting 2008-Jan-28, 11.00-12.00 CET Minutes Attending: Zofia, Flordia, Ake (minutes), Lauri, Algimantas, Norbert, Mario 1.BalticGrid-II - current status a) Passed the negotiation phase, some minor details left, see mail from Inger. b) Need a formal letter that the negotiation phase has been passed from Enric. --> Ake to contact Enric to get this letter, to be used internally for hiring decis c) Logo and web page for BalticGrid-II: same as today --> Lauri to check (with Zofia) if there is any more urls we should reserve (and fwd to the balticgrid.org). 2.Deliverables PM24 - Sent to Enric on Monday, Dec 17 - DNA2.6, DNA3.9, DNA4.3, DNA4.4 and DSA2.4 3. DoW (BG-I) update - Amendment document signed by KTH Rektor and sent 4. Interim report --> Ake to update the PMB on the status and plans for this. 5. EU Review – planning of preparation - 1st rehearsal - April 17-18 - Kracow --> Ake to send info to EAC and EB. - 2nd rehearsal - May 26, starting in the morning, all to fly in on Sunday - Brussels - Lithuanian Embassy --> Algimantas to check availability - Hotel: www.st-nicolaus.be (Norbert, spelling correct?) --> All to stay at this hotel. - Review - May 27, Brussels (details expected from Enric) 6. Deliverables PM26 and PM27 - DJRA1.4 and 1.5. - DJRA1.4 sent to Enric - DJRA1.5 ready to be sent mid-February 7.
