The meeting showed good progress on the recommendations made at the previous review. The gLite restructuring plan has produced useful results (reducing the number of dependencies, total amount of libraries deployed) and has changed the approach of middleware developers. Preparation for the transition to EGEE-III was clarified concerning relations with collaborating projects and the organization of federation based reviews. The Project Management Board agreed on the procedure for nominating EGEE-III activity managers. The dates for the final EGEE-II review have been confirmed: 8/9 July at CERN. The dates for the rehearsals are: 19/20 June & 3/4 July at CERN. The planning for the User Forum (Clermont Ferrand, 11-14 February) is in the final stages and it is expected that ~300 people will attend: http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=22351 EGEE-III: The deadline for completing negotiations expired on 17th January.
