Description
I will review the dS/CFT proposal for calculating the wave function of the universe and discuss its application to higher spin holographic dualities. I will show that the wave function diverges for complicated topologies and argue that this divergence cannot easily be cured. I will then show that general relativity also favors complicated topologies. This opens many questions on our understanding of quantum gravity with a positive cosmological constant.
