Description
Dark Energy, the driving force for the accelerated expansion of the Universe, has
become one of the largest mysteries in our current understanding of Nature. There
are several ongoing, and planned astronomical projects to map large scale structure and geometry of the Universe to investigate this. During this talk we will present the newly developed Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors, and discuss how they could play an important role in this scientific quest.
