Description

After a short introduction into the theoretical methods for exclusive and inclusive semi-leptonic decays, some recent results are highlighted, which lead to a further improvement of the predictions for semi-leptonic $B$ decays. The current status of the extraction of $V_{cb}$ and $V_{ub}$ is discussed.
