EU Review – planning of preparation - Suggested DATES confirmed Persons to attend the EU review: - All activity leaders - OD (Mario) - Representatives from the partners not having an activity leader: Florida or John from CERN, Grazina from ITPA and Ilmars from RTU - ok? - Inger Karlsson (finance) Demos: - Algimantas to prepare two stand alone (.avi files) demos, each of 2-5 minutes long. One of these will be used in the review. BalticGrid-II kick-off meeting Date: May 13-15 (starting after lunch on May 13, ending at 3 pm on May 15) Place: Central Vilnius, most probably at the old campus of Vilnius University. 6.
