Description

In the current study, we changed 2 powder in to pellet. The pellets were irradiated with 60 CO source. Glow peaks appeared at nearly 100, 170 and 260 oC. More over the pellets were irradiated by 10 mev electrons with high doses; glow peaks appeared at nearly 170 and 260 oC, but the heights of peaks differed from each other. By mixing Dy with CaF2 of .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 mol%, sensitivity of the pellet irradiated with high dose electron increased 40 times more. Dose response of 20kGy were studied and its linearity was lost at doses higher than 2kGy. By calibration CaF2 pellet as TLD thermoluminescence dosimetry, we can measure high dose.
