Description
On the 9th of April, 2 professors from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) will present their activities around safety, real-time risk management and incident detection in the off-shore and maritime sector as well as research at NTNU within the topic of autonomous marine operations.
Technological domains that are part of their activities are:

• Real time risk management
• Risk modelling, safety and reliability engineering
• Maintenance management
• Autonomy in operations
• Image analysis/3D environment development
• Leakage detection/sensors
• Control room issues, design/human factors etc
• Teleoperation/robotics

About the speakers:

Ingrid Bouwer Utne is professor at the Department of Marine Technology at NTNU and specialized in Risk Management and marine operations.

Ingrid Schjølberg is adjunct professor and project director at the Centre for Autonomous Operations at the Department of Marine Technology at NTNU.
