WP3 meeting during 4th School on High Energy Physics

We discussed the current situation of the Grid in Egypt. 
The academy Site is up and working as tier 3
Zewil  site has some problems  to be fixed 
BUE still needs installation and some effort
We agreed that Rabie will build a team of IT people and some other from physics major. 
Rabie will contact Dr. Amr for CERN account creation for me and Hamed.
Rabie will get the server H.W. ready for starting the setup phase at Computer Engineering Department.

The team will visit the academy for initial training on what is required to build a node and how to start the process. Mohamed Elshamy will be the trainer.

Igor will be with us along the road if there is any problem .

Our plan before travelling to Italy is to get the server running. 

Action Items :
-       Rabie will for the team 
-       Rabie will push the computer Engineering Department for providing the server – Already the process started.
-       Mohamed will prepare the training 
-       The team will schedule regular meeting for following up the progress.
