2 main point:

- today the doc is the strategy, the implementations will be done incrementally.

- we won't increase the throughput for this week
- "Activity" under completion in the various daemons, possibly ready to be tested in the coming days
- "weight":
      - we agreed on setting up a new stream of testing datasets (to be shipped in similar folders as the other tests, so no need to do anything from sites)
      - this new stream will be distributed with 3 replicas with "weight"  based on MoU shares.
- new DQ2 clients (the ones that will allow to register datasets in Rucio transparently) : this won't be exposed to the end-users in the next days, we agreed to test them with particular attention before, Panda Dev server is helping on this
