This meeting is proposed following the advice of the P5 report to intensify the international collaboration between institutes working world-wide in the field of neutrino physics using large liquid argon detectors.
Cryogenic engineering is one of the fields identified which could largely benefit from such collaboration between the different institutes working in this field.
The proposed meeting shall be a first step in the construction of such an international collaboration.
