14:30 → 14:50 Work Plans

We need to develop the work plans for each workgroup by the end of the month. The workgroup coordinator should develop the plan in collaboration with the people working in the group. The email addresses that we've collected are available in EDMS (still in EGEE-II section).

The work to be done within each group should be broken down into subtasks. The information that must be provided for each subtask is:

• Name of subtask
• Goal of subtask
• Benefits of subtask
• List of people who will work in subtask
• Estimated effort of each person (in PM)
• Milestones and/or metrics to gauge progress
• Start and end dates of the subtask

A description of how the work/responsibilities of the workgroup will carry over into the EGI/NGI model should also be included in the work plan.

14:50 → 15:10 MATLAB/gLite Integration

The initial prototype for the MATLAB/gLite integration is done. There is one site with the server part of the software installed (LAL/FR) and a second one that will be available shortly (AUTH/GR). We looking for client applications to test this prototype and to provide feedback. The information necessary from the client applications are:

• Name of interested person
• Description of application
• List of toolboxes used by the application
• Licence numbers of their MATLAB, if they want to use their already-installed copy.

We're looking to have a tutorial for these users just after the All Hands Meeting in June. This isn't confirmed by MATLAB yet.

15:10 → 15:30 All Hands Meeting

The All Hands Meeting will be the 9-10 June in Orsay. The program is in indico. Please be sure to register for the event and to communicate this to members of your teams.

Each workgroup leader is responsible for their session. The overall goal of this workshop is to finalize the workplan for each group and to work out interactions between the groups.
