- ESnet is making good progress on the trans atlantic links – December 12 expected.
- Will then start working on Tier2s. Will require obeying rules and policies. One of the requirements is to be able to segregate traffic. VRF for LHCONE.

Armen - Rucio migration, final stage, no practical issues have been observed. Short downtime is scheduled for Monday. 30 TB of dark data cleaned per site, in preparation for Rucio migration. Will continue with more post-migration. Will use the new monitoring tool to survey users of LOCALGROUPDISK; but will do the deletion manually.
BNL site report
- New 40Gbps Xrootd proxy deployed
- Progress on integration with Amazon resources. Moving AWS storage endpoint to an S3. Direct Connect - dedicated network path between BNL and Amazon.

- Working on equipment purchases at each site. Condor-CE deployment - will use new VMs at Illinois.

- Working on a purchase. Fixing the FAX issue. Condo-CE going production mode. Will hook up with ATLAS Connect. Working on some local data inventory. Autopyfactory problem at HU - losing contact with gatekeeper.

- All is fine. Working with Dell on storage replacment. Condor-CE, making some progress (slowly); problem with exit codes.
SWT2
- OU to BNL link was down (I2 issue, resolved). Everything. smooth.
- UTA: issue with storage controller, fixed. VO client upgrade -- pulled in some other updates.
