EGEE-II: Financial reports are being collected. Most partners have overspent and will therefore be capped at the agreed revised extension budget. The Project Management Board will meet on 9 July during the EC final review to discuss this. The Project Office is compiling all financial material received to provide a provisional report to the Commission, pending receipt of all material.
All deliverables and reports have been sent to the Commission and the reviewers will be provided with all documentation for the review by 23 June. Preparations for the review are close to finalised. At present, over 50 participants have registered.
EGEE-III: The Grant Agreement signature is held up by an issue around one member of a JRU in EGEE-III. A deadline of 16 June to resolve this has been given and it is hoped the GA can be signed on that date. If not, the project will consider excluding this partner to ensure the signature process can be completed, and re-instate them through an amendment at a later stage.
Conference preparations for EGEE'08 are well underway, both in terms of the local organising committee and the programme committee. The call for exhibition booths is opening, and the registration page should soon be finalised.
EGI_DS:

There will be a 3 day meeting in Munich (16-18 June) to prepare the draft document where Jürgen Knobloch will attend. This meeting will include a session for the Project Management Board where important changes to the consortium will be discussed.
