1) Update on schedule:

- Cold check out requirements for BI (Bernd in contact with Rossano)
- Plans for beam commissioning to be specified
- LHC (draft!) MD requests by 20/02 (realistic?) - first MD block end of July 2015
- First BI LHC commissioning meeting this Friday in the CCC (E. Bravin to chair)
2) LHC BSRA (Stefano)
- Installation finished
- Low-level software implementation on-going
- Question about periodic checks to handle calibration of PMT to be decided with OP/ABT etc
3) LHC BSRL (LDM)
- Question of best suited detector (APD or Hybrid) to be decided with beam (B1 only equipped)
- BI/TB proposal to order another Hybrid detector with an operational spare (BSRT budget)
- Electronics and software to be decided in dedicated meeting (PM/SW)
