PMB meeting 2008-June-24, 10.05-11.25 CET Minutes ------- Ake (minutes), Algimantas, Flordia 1. DoW update. See mail from Monika. Is this ok with SA3 and JRA1? [10:12:56] Ake Edlund I'll give Bartek and Hardi today to answer. 2. Deliverables i) Processes As pointed out (thanks Flordia) we will start using a more formal process for handling deliverables in BG-II compared to BG-I. One exception: the DNA2.1 that is due already in PM1 (July 1st). --> Action: Ake to prepare a shorter version of the first proposal (that was too detailed). Deadline: Friday, including updated list of deliverables with proposed reviewers and moderators. ii) The DNA2.1 has passed the internal review (reviewer: Ake) and is proposed to PMB for acceptance.
