the content table is really huge, thus it's slow to create the dumps.

Group usage
TK: management: ad-hoc scripts - no need. there is the rucio-ui (account usage). please ask if you need more
spaces replaced by quotas -> no clear yet.

rucio clients:
- rucio help page with "dq2-> rucio". we have a twiki dq2 how to. Alden: autocompletion on namespace? V: some details are being implemented. alden makes a presentation in 3/4 weeks from now
suspicious files: in 3 or 4 weeks it can be there.
suspicous files: files that failed to be transferred (from dashboard). pilot also was reporting files.
- permanent vs transient. rugio-get should report to dashboard the errors. if we believe permanent (file do not exist) then it can also report to some suspicious.
