New experiments and tools for old and new physics

I will discuss new tools, new searches, and even a new experiment in particle physics to look for standard model physics and beyond. Among the topics covered are new searches with neutrino beam experiments, new tools to look for hadronic resonances at the LHC, and a new experiment to look for milli-charged particles. If time permits I will also discuss new directions in dark matter direct detection efforts.
