EGEE-II: Collection of EGEE-II financial material is nearly complete, providing a clearer picture of the spending levels of the project. It is now clear that the EGEE-II partners have overspent by more than 1Million Euro and the PO is working on a procedure with the EC and PMB to ensure the funds are distributed correctly between participants according to work performed and the revised budget agreed in October 2007. The final reports on financial status will be sent to the EC in mid-July. The review preparations are now final and the event will get underway on 8 July at 9 with over 60 people in attendance: http://egee-technical.web.cern.ch/egee-technical/EU-reviews/review-july0 8/index.htm EGEE-III: The last few Accession forms are due to be received by July 3rd. The EC counter-signed the contract on 25 June. The activity execution plans detailing on which tasks each member will work are nearly complete. With this input, the PPT tool will be ready for EGEE-III in July to allow all members to fill in their timesheets. EGEE'08 conference: Registration opened mid June and early bird registration closes 11 July, over 400 rooms have been reserved by the local organisers, programme structure well underway. Erwin Laure and Anne-Lise Goisset visited the location on 1st July to finalise arrangements. Bids for EGEE'09 conference will be called for in July. BalticGrid-II -A new Consortium Agreement document was circulated to the consortium for review. Legal and FI departments have been contacted to review the document.
