Participant:
Zewail City of Science and Technology, Egypt’s National Project for Scientific Renaissance, is a non-profit education and research institution founded on the principles of competency and excellence, and is dedicated to offering world-class education and providing innovation in research and productivity, on par with the standards of the international market. The Centre for Fundamental Physics (CFP) as one of the university’s research centres is hosting a virtual tour of the ATLAS and CMS experiments at CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The virtual tour is intended to expose the students, at an early stage of their career to the world of experimental high-energy particle physics, to motivate and inspire them to pursue a career in research, and in particular to join the Egyptian effort in the CMS Collaboration.
