1. Action: John to follow up on support for the necessary changes to the EGI Accounting Portal.

2. John sent the URLs to the email list.

b) APEL updates a web page with the freshness of each sites publishing.

c) SAM uses (b) in a Nagios probe.

It was reported that access was denied to the cloudmon site.

Action: John to follow up on why access is denied

3. There are two service types in the GOC DB that are relevant; eu.egi.cloud.accounting and eu.egi.cloud.vm-management.occi.

4. The proposal for accounting long running VMs is ongoing

5. OSG should be able to send accounting summaries from their Gracia accounting tool similar to how this is done for Grid resources. So far NorduGrid resources are publishing directly using SSM.

Following a short discussion on sites names, it was decided that the official GOCDB registered name should be used.

Action: Laurence to summarize the recent discussions into a proposal.

Action: Ulrich will document how to benchmark resources.
