Description
Lecture 2 : Alternative Theories of Electroweak Symmetry Breaking The goal of this lecture is to discuss alternatives to the BEH theory of electroweak symmetry breaking. Alternative theories include multi-Higgs theories, supersymmetric theories and their variants, and composite theories. The claims of these theories will be confronted by the data and opinions on their viabilities and future prospects will be rendered.
