Meeting minutes (22.07.2008): Present: Mario, Yury, Linas, Hardi, Florida, Olgerts, Bartek * NB! Deliverables have to be in Brussels next Wednesday DNA1.1 Quality and gender action plan - Florida - Ake compiling it. DNA1.2 Quarterly progress report - Mario - Ake compiling it. DNA3.1 Application Identification and Collaboration Roadmap - Hardi - First draft from Algimantas sent to Hardi. However it's very incomplete. The part which is compiled is good. Hardi will send comments latest tomorrow noon to Algimantas. DSA1.1 Setup of Belarusian CA - Katrina - sent out 21.07 for review. Katrina might be on vacation. Olgers and Bartek will review it in the next few days. Consortium agreement: * If there are no comments by next week, then we should start the signing process. * Inger should send a new version this week first. AoB: * Hardi mentioned that every partners support people should register to the GridKa summerschool before 31st of July (end of early-bird registration). http://gks08.fzk.de/. He will send a separate e-mail too. * Timesheets and cost claims. Do we use old forms from BG-I or do we use new ones?
