1 Previous Minutes and Actions

Correction and approval of previous minutes; review of open actions.

2 Status of Deliverables/Quarterly Report

Current status of deliverables DNA4.1 and DNA4.2. Reminder of input needed for QR1.

3 AMB Representation/Mailing List

Vangelis and Cal are the official representatives on the AMB. We are on the AMB mailing list along with a subset of other NA4 SC members. Do we want to extend this to all NA4 SC members, reduce it to Vangelis and Cal, or maintain the status quo?

4 COST Action

Bob Jones has pointed out that the COST Action would be a good means to get money to host meetings for the EGEE User Community and for travel for people to attend those or other EGEE meetings. It would also be possible to support financially travel to the various EGEE support teams for consultations. Neither Vangelis nor I have time to do this, but if any of you would like to manage such a project either for the EGEE-III user community as a whole or for a single scientific discipline. Vangelis and I would be available to help on a best-effort basis, consistent with our EGEE-III workload. The open call and attached document contain more information.
