SEE-GRID-SCI Internal SA1 Meeting, Belgrade, 07-08 July 2008

Purpose of this internal meeting was knowledge transfer from Dusan Vudragovic, the project associate at CERN in previous phase of SEE-GRID. During the meeting the following topics were covered:

• Overview of existing SEE-GRID infrastructure
• Detailed analyzes of operational and monitoring tools used in SEE-GRID-SCI
• Daily duties of Grid Operator on Duty, including

• usage of See-Grid Helpdesk (Oneorzero application)
• best practice in dealing with different type of tickets
• distribution of responsibilities related to common problems arising in helpdesk

• Daily duties of ROC on Duty including

• usage of GGUS,
• usage of Remedy (internal CERN ticketing system)
• best practices and responsibilities

• oC for DSA1.1a was prepared
• Procedures and practical informations on preparing DSA1.1a.
• Previous "Infrastructure Deployment Plan" deliverables were analyzed
