MCS, Benoit

b3 dipole correction almost verified in Arc 12, vertical tune a bit off. MCS quality to be evaluated (maybe 10% off).

Other arcs to be measured.

Beta-from amplitude, Ana

Rather good agreement before corrections.

After corrections differences are apparent.

We should look at the difference b-from-phase and b-from-amplitude and looks at the outliers to identified bad BPMS.

Non-linear chromaticity, Ewen

Q'' and Q''' a bit larger than in 2011-12

Small discrepancy between "radial loop error" and "radial trim" -> Ask Jorg or Giulia

New corrections calculated with better data: Beam2: MCO 2.48 m^-4, MCD  + 1706.8 m^-5.

Corrections are larger by 46% and 30% in 2012 (but MCD trims are lower!).

Chromatic coupling, Tobias

Already nice measurements for chromatic coupling in Beam 2. Phase clearly changed between 2012 and 2015!

And amplitude seems smaller.

In the normal coupling there are 2 jumps. Is it orbit? else, do a global correction?

Amplitude detuning to be compared with 2011 measurements.

Coupling versus kick amplitude without not much change, but no octupoles.

Line appeared in beam 1 too.

Bug fixed in GetLLM with finding right BPM pair.

Calculate terms from complex spectrum might be more accurate.

N-BPM method, Andy

Problem at the edges with the beta-beat was actually prepared in the code. Now this fix becomes default.

Try/except in python generated some large error bars, to be followed up with Jaime.

Agreessive cleaning seemed required.

Lots of electrical noise

66 khz new line, but looks real.

Action-phase jump, Carolina

IR BPMS are not used now. Simulations show it is possible to use only arc BPMS.

Goal is to compare action phase method to segment-by-segment

Need to learn new sbs.

-> Lukas will help Carolina to regard sbs and action-phase

Optipons for SVD, missing large p2p cut.

Quadrupoles displayed in sbs.
