Correction debugging, Tobias
Corrections of chromatic coupling did not work surely due to not using output files _free, which remove the effect of AC dipole.
ACTION -> Tobias & Jaime investigate and fix by next Thursday since Jaime leaves.

Optics corrections probably worked but the python getdiff script was not using new results. -> Tobias & Jaime to look at it.

IR8 corrections only measured for Beam1.
Q1L8 -3.3e-4
Q1R8 +4.5e-5
horizontal plane looks very noisy before and after correction. While Vertical plane really matches
expectations even with the sign as trimmed in the machine.
Since horizontal data does not allow to determine if horizontal correction worked maybe it was wise
to remove correction.
ACTION -> Re-analyze: (1) before and after correction with only 1000-2000 turns so BPMs are removed and using latest syst. errors from Andy -> Lukas and Andy (Jaime already changed the large p2p cut of 20mm)

To avoid too many templates some MADX macro library is being setup that is joined via python. We must avoid repetition.

dipole systematic b2 effect, Andy
For beam 1 the dipole quadrupole error is enough to explain the difference between 6.5 and 4 TeV.
For beam 2 it is not so clear. Maybe some discrepancy comes from teh fact that models are different in 2012
and 2015.

Beta from amplitude, Ana
Bad calibrated BPMs identified (mostly BPMS, skew).
3-4% rms in the difference between from-amp and from-phase
ACTION-> systematic analysis to compare to newer data.

PSB, Meghan -> interesting results and lots of measurements for next week.
It is known that BPMs not working is due to some head amplifiers missing. These will be installed
in August. They have a guess for the 136 kHz signal.
ACTION-> Ana starts looking into PSB and we have a meeting.

Corrs worked but MCO was a bit large, about 10%, and MCD was a bit low.
Source could be orbit or hysteresis, to be checked.
